Start a revolution

OK, the business world blows. So I want to start a business. I want to start a business that has a main purpose of providing a meaningful experience for all who encounter it, whether it is the owners, employees, or clients. I want a business that brings out the best in people. Brings hope to those who work for it. Brings something good into the world. Starts a revolution.
A revolution where people look forward to going to work. Where business does not come before family. Where work is no longer work, it's living.
I want to start a business that does not screw over its employees after thirty years on the job. I want to start a responsible business: one that is ethical and moral.
I am going to start this business and there will be no creeps, idiots, assholes, bitches, snobs, jackasses, or morons working for me.
So if you're one of the above- don't bother. If you're not, and you're interested, let me know. As for what kind of business, it really does not matter. Advertising is what I do now, but it does not have to be what I keep doing.

I think that's what everyone looks for in a business, however it is all in each persons perception of it. U may think that the job is ethical and moral, and truly that would be amazing, yet an employee may see things differently.
I doubt people set up business personally to demoralize and turn employees into nonliving zombies who are only focused on their job at hand...But it happens.
Maybe people are just choosing the wrong business to work for ..or maybe the wrong feild.
If you can set up a business with all you mentioned ...well yea that would be a revolution.

I agree that most people do not start a business with the idea of demoralizing people and turning them into zombies. But most people start a business with the goal of making money as their top priority.
What I am talking about is starting a business where the top priority is the people. The whole point of the enterprise would be to revolutionize the way business is run. To revolutionize the expererience for the employees. Profit, as essential as it is to a business in a capitalist economy, would merely be a secondary goal.
That is where the revolution is.

Yeah I just wanted to say, especially after spending like a couple of weeks hanging out with intellectual, creative elitists, that those people who work in cubicles and do 'meaningless work' are the ones who make our economy function. So yeah... that's it. :D
